Each work is developed through a disciplined approach to scale and perception. Realizations are not variations in size, but distinct spatial propositions that shape how the work is experienced. Scale determines physical presence and the relationship between composition and structure across distance.
Three realization types articulate this approach: Encounter, Armature, and Architectural. Each operates within the same conceptual framework while engaging space differently.
Each acquisition includes the finished photographic work at the specified realization scale, exhibition-grade face mounting on optically clear anti-reflective acrylic, structural reinforcement appropriate to size, integrated mounting hardware, museum-grade crating, and a certificate of authenticity with edition documentation. Mounting systems and structural support vary according to physical dimensions and weight.
Encounter is the primary spatial realization of the work, establishing the scale at which compositional field and structural articulation align within architectural space. Dimensions vary deliberately within the category according to the structural demands of the image and the perceptual distance required for it to unfold.
Produced to museum exhibition standards, Encounter unfolds across a continuous viewing distance, presenting composition at range and resolving into structure in proximity.
Armature consists of two distinct physical works presented and editioned as a single unified realization: a presentation of the full compositional field and a concentrated structural study. The two works are included in one acquisition and are intended to be installed together.
Armature offers a focused mode of engagement in which structural relationships may be examined at intimate scale.
Architectural is a site-determined realization in which dimensions and installation parameters are defined by the physical environment. Scale is constrained by space and engineering requirements, not by image resolution.
At expanded scale, structural detail and material behavior emerge that are not accessible in other realizations while compositional coherence is preserved. Because fabrication, structural engineering, and installation conditions vary by site, scope and acquisition terms are structured individually through direct consultation.
